Very convenient location to the beach and walkable to local restaurants and ice cream. The mattress in 200B needs to be replaced. Huge hole in the middle from overuse is hard to get around when trying to sleep. Door mats can go a long way. We found ourselves bringing sand in constantly. A door mat could stop a lot of debris from coming in.

Wonderful location relative to quick beach access and several restaurants and bars, not to mention a short trip to Siesta Beach village. While the cleanliness was adequate, the value of location, quiet environment, and fast responsiveness from RVA for any of our needs more than justified the cost. The condo was cool and clean, the right amount of space for just the two of us! The shower was hot and the in-unit laundry was great! It's very close to the beach, as well as some great restaurants (check out Toasted Mango Cafe!), and a quick trolley ride up to the village!

The property was a perfect location. Very close to the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The only issue we had was no one was at the office often, lots of kids from a flag football team running all over the property, which no one could prevent, otherwise I would stay again.

The property is in a fantastic location..close to beach, pools and restaurants. Manager was very helpful when there were a few issues with the unit. The specific unit could use a spruce up (chairs outside we’re not the ones in picture, could be a bit cleaner) but since the location was so great it off set any issues.
