This property is on the verge of excellent, they get a Very Good ++. Location a.k.a. beachfront is absolutely wonderful. Pool and spa pool are warm and comfortable. (Sand at pool bottom should be cleaned for maximum appeal.)

The breakfast wait was too long. Each item of the breakfast had a price and that was not cheap. Coffee was cold many times and toast was not toasted. Otherwise rooms simple but ok and parking just valet parking.

We stayed an extra day in Sarasota, and decided to stay here. So glad we did. The beach and pool were amazing. The staff is great, and the room was perfect as well. My only regret was not staying here from the very beginning

Drunk people partying and singing in the outdoor area of the hotel restaurant at 11 pm, which is an hour after closing time was ridiculous. Couldn’t sleep. This is unacceptable for the restaurant manager to allow.
