Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. A thorough professional cleaning is conducted after each check-out to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. As the backyard is not fully enclosed and backs onto Kincumber Mountain Reserve, pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended outdoors. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and bring their own bedding and bowls.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

We take care of the cleaning, but kindly leave the home generally tidy. Cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.
