Room spotless. However no cups in bathroom. Wine chiller did not work and had to be replaced. Also had to request clothing hangers for clothing. Only two hangers were in room.

Easy and quick check in. The restaurant here is pricey but excellent. The rooms are comfortable but the lighting is a little dim. There should be more coffee pods- the illy coffee is delicious!

Fancy and comfy!

Fancy place, definitely posh. We were put in the annex building where the spa was. In an ADA room which we didn’t need. We didn’t use spa. It was nice but a pain to have to go across to the main building. Comfy bed, fancy lotions, soaps and shampoo. I’d stay again!

Only have good things to say…..The hotel and our room was classy, modern and clean. The surroundings are beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking and check in were easy and quick. Close to downtown Saratoga Springs. Next time will definitely stay longer.
