Check in and check out were hassle free. Brianna and Matt took care of any minor problems we had during the week. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful location. The hot tub and fire pit were truly a hit with our family. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, and met our needs. There were 15 of us in ages 19 months to 75 years and all were comfortable. The WIFI, TV's, sunsets, front porch and back yard were all great.

I cannot emphasize how great this property was for our group for our long weekend stay in Saratoga. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party, and the two kitchen spaces provided ample space for us to prepare meals during our stay. The outdoor space in the backyard was were our group spent the majority of its time, and it was a great place to congregate. The house is right across the street from a private dock, which we used on one of the days to have a few boats come pick us up for a morning cruise on Saratoga Lake. The property was a short 15-minute drive from downtown Saratoga and the racetrack (Opposite side of the lake). For anyone planning a family or friend group reunion, I cannot recommend this place enough.I also can't say how great Bri & Matt were as hosts. They worked with our group to accommodate our large party, and Bri would answer questions I had about our stay almost instantly whenever I asked. The check-in process was seamless.If I could give six stars, I would. Just a great experience, and I hope our group can visit again.

Chowderfest weekend

My friends and I had an awesome weekend staying here. There were 10 of us and more than enough room to accommodate. Very clean, spacious, and beautiful set up inside and out. Check in and out process was very simple and easy. Will definitely be returning this summer!

Christmas on the lake!

Our family decided to do something different this year and go away for Christmas! This house was perfect for 6 people and the host was the best I have encountered on VRBO! The communication was great and Brianna made sure to go above and beyond! If you are looking for a house with a good location with beautiful views and plenty of room for you and friends and family, I would recommend this one!

Race Weekend

House was great inside and out. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of places for entertaining and enjoying the weather outside. We had a group of 7 and found the house to be a perfect size for our trip. Not too far from downtown or the track.
