Relax and take in the views of Utah Lake from the back patio, where you can enjoy fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful sunrises. Guest access is through a private entrance located at the back of the property, accessed by a gate through the backyard.

The guest apartment is completely separate from the main home. The upstairs living area is occupied by the homeowner and is closed off with a locked door, ensuring guests have their own private space with no shared indoor areas.

-Use of pool and fire pit is optional to the guests; this space is shared, but we are happy to reserve it exclusively for your use while you stay with us. -You can use any pool items that are present. -*Please inform host if you would like to use these two amenities beforehand so we can prepare them properly. No water works features will be turned on. Also be aware that pool coping stones are awaiting repair and to not step on these (this does not affect use of the pool itself. Also note, pool service contractors may enter the backyard to clean or work on the pool during your stay. There are plastic chairs available for use. There is no patio furniture provided. Pool towels are provided.).*
