CASA BREILLE - MONTEPULCIANO AREA
Casa Breille is a beautiful villa (230sqm) located in a peaceful location south of the wonderful town of Montepulciano. The villa has been built from the local stone and it boasts a lovely swimming pool (irregular shape, 14m x 7m - 90cm-2.30m deep) with breathtaking views. The garden is well maintained with several mature trees and shrubs. It has been the location for many film sets.
Casa Breille is an independent country villa comprised of two separate apartments and an annexe (they can be booked separately in low season only).
Apartment A: access is on the ground floor, large lounge with fireplace, kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer). On the first floor there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with access outside, and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment B: access is on the ground floor where there is a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The annex has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Facilities: swimming pool (7x14m), large panoramic garden, barbecue, dishwasher. free Wi-Fi Internet. Pets on request (fee applicable).
