Big and charming country villa for 10 people with breath-taking views of the woods, wine-yard and olive groves of the farm and situated in a very peaceful location. Surrounded by a large private garden with garden furniture and located at only 50 meters from the 10X20 mt swimming pool, shared with the other guests of the farm. From the external stairs you reach the nice and habitable loggia that opens onto the large living room, cheerful and well lighted, with its big fire-place; the kitchen is comfortable and well furnished with dishwasher, while washing machine is on the ground floor.
Five double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which ensuite).
Shops, restaurants and nearest towns at only 4 Km.
Montepulciano and Pienza reachable in 20 minutes; Siena and Perugia in 1 hour; Florence and Rome in 1 hour and a half.

Idyllische Oase

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sauber. Auch der große Garten lädt zum austoben ein, ohne irgend jemanden zu stören. Der Pool in der Nähe war wunderbar groß und erfrischend. Die warmen Quellen 45 min. entfernt waren beeindruckend und auch die Städte Asissi und Siena sind gut erreichbar und wunderschön! Vielen Dank, es war eine wunderschöne Zeit für uns
