La location est bien située entre le golfe, les marais salants, rando chemin Gr34, le chateau de Suscino..... le descriptif est fidÚle... le plan est super bien fait...la maison est propre et bien équipée. Je recommande cette location.

Séjour en juin 2025. RAS sur les chambres, conformes au descriptif. SdB : joints de douche sales qui sont à refaire, le reste est OK. Salle à manger : meuble "maison" trÚs moche mais le reste est OK. Cuisne : vaisselle arcopal et trÚs dépareillée mais par ailleurs la cuisine est trÚs bien équipée en électroménager.Extérieur : les photos ne sont pas à jour car la haie de droite sur la photo n'existe plus. Il y a donc un vis à vis important sur l'impasse. Conséquence, nous n'avons pas mangé dehors.Le rapport qualité/prix ne justifie pas plus de 3 étoiles.

Maison trĂšs bien mais accueil Ă  revoir

La maison est trĂšs bien, trĂšs bon emplacement proche de la cĂŽte que nous n'avons pas trop vu Ă  cause du mauvais temps. La maison Ă©tait globalement propre sauf les toilettes du haut qui Ă©taient sales (chasse d'eau non tirĂ©e...). Par contre l'accueil est Ă  revoir totalement : la maison n'Ă©tait pas chauffĂ©e en arrivant (11,5 degrĂ©s...) et il Ă©tait demandĂ© sur la fiche descriptive de ne pas utiliser les radiateurs au profit du poĂȘle Ă  pelĂ©s. Sauf que les indications pour l'utiliser Ă©taient trĂšs succintes ("reportez vous au mode d'emploi"), et son utilisation pas du tout instinctive. N'ayant pas toute la soirĂ©e pour Ă©tudier le fonctionnement du poĂȘle (nous repartions passer la soirĂ©e sur Vannes) nous avons tout de mĂȘme allumĂ© les radiateurs (la commande centrale dysfonctionne, la tĂ©lĂ©commande rĂ©glĂ©e sur 18, l'Ă©tage Ă©tait Ă  22, il faisait mĂȘme trop chaud dans la chambre) Autre gros hic : nous avons posĂ© nos courses dans le frigo y compris du surgelĂ©, et celui-ci n'Ă©tait pas allumĂ© mais nous ne l'avons remarquĂ© que le lendemain, passant la soirĂ©e Ă  l'extĂ©rieur... Heureusement ce qui nous a permis de ne pas perdre toutes nos courses. Donc c'est franchement limite, le minimum serait de prĂ©chauffer la maison et d'allumer le frigo avant l'arrivĂ©e des locataires. Le barillet de la porte du garage est Ă  changer aussi ; difficile +++ de la fermer. Au final nous avons bien profitĂ© du sĂ©jour, dommage que l'arrivĂ©e aie Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ©e. Un gros effort serait Ă  faire Ă  ce niveau.

Maison trÚs agreable, bien située et bien équipée. Le sentier cÎtier est bien aménagé et facile d'accÚs depuis le logement. Nous recommandons ce logement dans lequel nous avons un bon séjour.
