Holiday Home 'Gite Ty Laouen' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Enjoy your family in our wooden house with sea view from the terrace. Spacious house with quality features. South-facing with large bay windows, you'll enjoy a sunny stay. It comprises a fitted kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. Two bathrooms, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. A large mezzanine area will delight your children. For days without sun, a wood-burning stove is at your disposal.

Accommodation

On the ground floor, the Ty Laouen gîte offers a large, south-facing 46m2 living room with open kitchen and ocean views, a storeroom, two bedrooms with 160x200 and 140x200 bedding, dressing room, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with 2 single beds and the possibility of adding 1 140x200 mattress, offering a play area for children and adults with pinball, table soccer, billiards, board games, card games, books and TV. Two large family bedrooms with 160x200 bedding, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, a large 800m2 garden and parking for several cars.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available free of charge.

We provide 2 Paddles (Dur) and a petanque court just behind the house.

As part of our "bioclimatic" approach to construction, the Gîte also offers heat pump heating (underfloor heating) and a wood-burning stove with wood available. Rainwater recovery for use in WCs, taps and washing machine.

A deposit will be required on arrival and returned no later than 15 days after your departure.

Cleaning will be charged an extra fee per rental.

Comforters and pillows are provided, and beds are made up for an extra cost for 2-seater beds and for single beds: Comforter covers and pillowcases.

We also provide towels for an extra fee per person.

Pets are allowed, but at a supplement per stay.

Access for travelers

The Gîte is fully accessible. Access to the whole house, including the outside.

Nearby you'll find the Banastère fishponds, the oyster route, the pointe de Penvins and its sailing school (catamaran, kite surfing, sand yachting), fishing (clams, cockles, oysters).

The gîte's location is ideal for sightseeing: Vannes and its ramparts, Quiberon, Carnac, Houat, Hoedic, Belle-ile and the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (Arz, Ile aux moines, Tascon).
