Come and spend a vacation in this beautiful bright house, with a large terrace fully equipped for unforgettable moments with family or friends. You are ideally located to discover the Rhuys peninsula. We recommend cycling: with all the marked and especially flat trails, go to Sarzeau and its charming city center, or to Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys with its daily markets. Unmissable, don't forget to go see a sunset on the Gulf side while enjoying oysters at the water's edge.



This 90 m² house located in Sarzeau has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.



Its garden is ideal for relaxing moments in fine weather and for enjoying good grilled food on summer evenings.



The interior of the house is very pleasant. Cette maison est agréable globalement, cependant plusieurs remarques s'imposent. Il serait utile que le n° 23B soit affiché au bord de la rue vu qu'elle est en retrait. Il faudrait préciser qu'il n'y a pas de WC en haut, juste un en bas dans la salle de bain. Pour 6 adultes c'est vraiment peu pratique. Un grand nettoyage de printemps est indispensable : fenêtres sales, pelouse non tondue, rampe d'escalier poisseuse... Par ailleurs, quelques équipements basiques manquent à l'appel : couteau à huitres, essoreuse à salade, tapis de sol dans les salles de bain, un porte manteau solide dans l'entrée, plus de cintres adultes, un porte serviette ds la salle de bain du haut, un porte manteau dans la 2e chambre du haut, une 2e lampe de chevet dans les chambres. Précisons par contre que la personne de chez HOOMY a été très agréable.

La maison n'était pas propre, les équipements minimes et certains abîmés. Le jardin était dans un mauvais état. Pour 90 euros le ménage, on pouvait s'attendre à beaucoup mieux. La literie est à revoir car vétuste. Pour le prix, beaucoup de choses à retravailler.
