The location is exceptional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The check in was not exceptional. Long line ups. I pre-registered but still had to wait in a long line to get people through Would of been nice if there was a more noticeable benefit to pre-registering such as a "skip the line up" benefit. That being said the front desk people were exceptional friendly and efficient. I felt bad they were so over loaded with guests checking all at once.

Very nice hotel with food options nearby. On-site restaurant is nice and wasn't too busy. My only issue was finding the entrance to the underground parking. There is an exit that's easily visible, but I could not find the entrance. I ended up parking in a different parkade, but the hotel staff made sure I was covered for parking in that area until check-out time.
