We were late arriving, due to a medical episode with my husband. We called ahead to explain our situation, and rebooked a pet friendly room. Our original room was booked through Expedia and unfortunately we were billed for the missed night, by Expedia. A short while later I received a call from Shannon who wanted to share some wonderful, uplifting news for us provided by Shannon, herself, Kim Team Lead and a tall dark haired man (i can't remember his name) Upon arrival we were greated very warmly and all hands were on deck to make our stay, comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend you stay here.

The property is pretty dated. Room was fairly small for 3 people, had to move the sofa bed, ask for bedding, got sheets but no top, thank goodness we had a blanket.

l didn't like the moist floor , likely cleaned and not dryed p roperly so very humid causing wet socks . Excellent heater AC unit. Lovely bathroom.

Nice bedding, and the rooms were comfortable. But loud in the hallways sometimes, people waking up and down the hallways all hours of the nights, the closing doors were quite loud. Again, all hours of the nights. Couple nights there were a couple guys yelling down the hallways. But otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was really good.

I was charged more than my online reservation stated. Eventually I found my email and then the extra amount applied for my pet. I was not informed that I had a $100 security deposit put on my credit card. While I was getting my room fees straightened out I found out about the security deposit. My room was between two party rooms. Loud people, yelling, people trying to get into my room, knocking on my door, banging against the sliding glass exterior door, the police were called several times. Eventually the problem people were evicted. The night clerk was very nice but he had his hands full. I eventually got piece and quiet around 4 a.m.!

Rugs haven’t been cleaned in a while. Stains everywhere. Dried hair all over the inside of bathroom door- someone had used a dirty cloth to wipe it obviously. Bed was good linens were ok. Had two stained towels.. overall would do in a pinch
