We were travelling home from Grande Prairie, Alberta to Tisdale, Saskatchewan. We got to Saskatoon around 9:30 p.m. and were looking for a pet friendly hotel. This hotel appeared affordable, however, I did not read the fine print. under the “more” about the hotel it stated the pet fee was $75.00. Why is this outrageous fee not listed along with pet friendly. It also said we would have a specific room. This room smelt of old urine and possibly pet food. This was unacceptable and we will not be back without proper compensation.

Usually stay here on my way through Saskatchewan...with no issues. But Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness this time. We found about 6, not one, 6! Hairs in rhe bed, even between the fitted and flat sheet. Carpet was dirty. This was a gross way to start our stay this time Hoping this is addressed. As its usually a clean stay.

I stay at Hampton Inn Saskatoon South regularly, as usual our room was clean and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good and we particularly enjoyed the bacon this time! This is our hotel of choice when we visit family in Saskatoon several times a year.

The room was very spacious and clean. The sofa should probably be replaced at some point. It is getting a bit saggy. The breakfasts were excellent. The price was certainly economical. We have stayed here many times.
