The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the Jasmund National Park.   The beautiful plot is 1300 sqm and is located next to an old historical villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a wealthy Berlin merchant. Opened in 2004, the complex offers 12 apartments in high-quality facilities (1 to 2 rooms, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, lift, underground car park, duplex car park only for cars, East Seascape) spatial distribution also for friends.   Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the surrounding area.  Attention, for our guests: * Wireless Internet connection

Mann kann das Apartment als klein aber fein bezeichnen, es war alles da und man ist sehr schnell im Zentrum am Hafen. Dort gibt es schöne Plätze zum verweilen und auch zum Essen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng , da die Autos immer größer werden. Aber einmal geschafft kann man ein paar Tage gut ohne Auto auskommen. Sassnitz hat uns gut gefallen.
