Book your stay in our cozy coastal 4 bedroom home where you will find luxurious comfort. Featured on the property is a pool and outdoor living area for leisurely relaxation. The large bedrooms and pull-out couch can accommodate 13 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Located close to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral Kennedy Space Center, and Melbourne. An hour's drive to Disney World, Orlando Airport, and Universal Studios.
We have included: Netflix , 5G Wifi , 55 inch Roku TV, three 24 inch bedroom TVs, ensuite in master bedroom, portable crib and baby seat. We have a ping pong table too!

Great Comfortable Home
We very much enjoyed our stay. So close to several beaches! Watched several rocket launches from the beach. So many great restaurants. Must do is The Italian Fisherman restaurant in Grant. Such a great experience and great, plentiful food! The house was so very comfortable and we felt right at home. We enjoyed the lanai several hours each day. Such a nice, quiet neighborhood. Wonderful walking paths. Gleason Park also walking paths, fountains, see several turtles & tortoises. Brevard Zoo, awesome. Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach Pier. Endless options. Will definitely stay in this home again!

Fantastic for a family retreat!
We had the immense pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, and it truly exceeded our expectations for a family retreat. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice.
One of the standout features of this property is its prime location in a safe and welcoming community. The peaceful neighborhood allowed us to take leisurely walks and bike rides without a worry in the world.
The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the marvelous pool. Our entire family spent countless hours swimming, playing games, and basking in the warm sunshine. It provided a refreshing respite during the hot afternoons and added a touch of luxury to our retreat.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the host for their exceptional communication, assistance, and the meticulous maintenance of the property. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, arranging professional services such as pool cleaning, lawn mowing, and pest control. It truly made a difference.

Maison vaste et confortable,situation géographique parfaite...pres de tout.Quartier tranquille, avec en prime, hymne national américain a 16:30 hres tous les soirs...Proprietaire tres facile a rejoindre et aussi tres aimable.Nous serons de retour l'an prochain pour un séjours de 4 mois.
