This penthouse, oceanfront, southeast corner unit is second to none. The unit faces both the Northeast and Southeast giving you a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean from virtually every room in the condo.

Feel at home immediately in the open concept renovated kitchen, dining room & living room.

The first master bedroom has a top quality king sized bed, flatscreen TV, views of the ocean from bed, and renovated ensuite.

The second master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, huge balcony off of one side and a Florida room with a 6 person hot tub off of the other side (one of only two units in the building with the additional Florida room)

The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. All of the bedrooms have new furniture and top quality linens. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping for two people (not a sofa sleeper).

THE AREA

This quiet slice of heaven is so unique in that it feels nice and secluded, yet is close to so much. The building is situated so close to the ocean that you feel like you are on a cruise ship!!

There is a grocery store right across the street and many attractions nearby. The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

This property is a hidden gem! It might look like an average beach resort from the street but it’s a coastal paradise inside and out. This penthouse unit was super clean, nicely updated and comfortable. The amazing location is second to none. This is so close to the ocean…no dunes area between you and the water. We highly recommend this property with its deluxe accommodations to any group. The property managers were wonderfully professional to work with and very attentive. If we’re ever headed back to the Cocoa Beach area, we’ll stay there again without hesitation. Thanks for your awesome hospitality!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Its views cannot be beat. Taylor (property manager) was proactive without being intrusive and our rental experience was ideal. We had no issues but I feel had there been any they would have been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. It's clean, comfy and in a location that cannot be beat. We hope to return next year!

Great Location

Couldn’t ask for more at this condo. Quick response to any needs! The location and condo itself are pretty tough to beat. Two balconies overlooking the water was awesome. Condo itself was very spacious. The hot tub was also a great benefit to this rental. We would love to stay again as our trip was cut a little short due to a family emergency. Paradise Beach Club met every expectation we had! We wanted to be just steps from the beach and we were!! The view from our balcony was amazing! It was only a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios where we spent a couple of days. The rest of our days were spent on the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to be comfortable. Having the Publix grocery store right across the street was super handy. We will most definitely be returning to Paradise Beach Club in the near future!

We loved our stay and are planning our return trip next year to celebrate our 43rd Anniversary! Taylor, our property manager, was quickly available to answer any and all of our questions and checked in on us by email several times! We had no problems, but if we had, she would have been all over it! The location of this property is absolutely wonderful - close to the Melbourne airport and Publix, other stores, a movie theater, and various restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is sooo beautiful! Thank you for sharing this gem with us!!

WE WILL BE BACK! The place was beautiful and very clean. You will enjoy the ocean views and the sound of crashing waves; You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The pool was like bath water. The customer service was through the roof amazing. I emailed questions the day of check-in and I received a phone call within minutes to help. Once we were in the condo, I emailed about a missing TV Remote and there was a service man at my door almost instantaneously. It was like I wiggled my nose and they were here to help. BOOK THIS PLACE! LOVED IT!
