The unit has recently been renovated. Rare 3-bedroom/2-bathroom oceanfront secured entry condo with our own private beach! Being on the top floor, you have spectacular ocean views from the balcony, master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The master room and living room have floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize the ocean view. You can feel the fresh ocean breeze, listen to ocean waves, watch the sunrise and enjoy your coffee from the comfort of the master room’s bed. Also, with being on top floor, you can see birds fly pass your balcony. The walkway and guest rooms have amazing views of the city (fireworks on July 4th) and the sunset daily. We are a family of six and we wanted to make sure our vacation stay is fully equipped with all that we need to make our stay enjoyable. This is our new and only vacation home. We are listing this for the very first time (February 2019). BEACH/AMENITIES: Our beach is not crowded thru out the year. You can swim, beach fishing, surf, collect shells and on good days, you can see dolphins from shores or balcony. The beach allows bonfire; you just need to sign-up for fire permit and schedule bonfire in advance. We also have a heated pool, beach shower/facet for rinsing off sands, clubhouse, tennis court and saunas (separate men & women). It is an upscale “MONTHLY ONLY” rental. SECURITY: For security, we have countertop security cameras which guest should unplug upon arrival. All this information are in your check-in instructions along with the wi-fi password. We will also text you (within 10 minutes upon arrival) to remind you if you forget. LOCATION: The condo is 1-hour drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO), Disney parks, and less than 1-hour to Kennedy Space Center for rocket launches. You can also see the rocket launches and hear the sonic boom from the beach if you prefer not to drive. Across the street, there is a shopping plaza with Publix (large grocery store), movie theater, McDonald, Dunkin Donut, Chinese take-out, Walgreen, Subway, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, restaurants and more. Enjoy the many nice restaurants along A1A when dining out. KITCHEN: The kitchen is renovated with granite countertop and new cabinets. It is fully equipped with all major appliances in addition to the smaller appliances such as the blender, oven toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, tools for BBQ (gas grill is downstairs next to clubhouse), and more. There is also a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience. FURNISH: We stocked the closets with extra linens, comforters, fleece blankets, towels, beach tools and beach supplies (folding chairs, umbrella, boards, sand toys, etc.). Since this is a new place, the furnishing is new (chase, sofa, chair, beds, mattresses, etc.). We have multiple TVs, cable channels, Internet, Wi-Fi, Google Home, living room TV is 60-inch HD 1080p with option for you to broadcast pictures/movie from your phone to TV, and Ring doorbell for security. ROOMS/ACCOMMODATION: 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 beds, and airbeds. Sleeps 6-8. All beds are thick pure memory foam; no spring. One King, two Twin XL & one Full bed, and a few tall queen airbeds. All new beds and mattresses. Each room has charging stations for all your electronics. Other: iron, iron board, portable heaters, hair-dryer, etc. NOTES: Our listing is still new, please contact us if you have any question, we will be happy to assist. Supplies and furnishing are updated regularly to make your stay more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our month long stay! Our host, Loan, was extremely accessible and helpful. The unit was perfect for us- spacious and modern, with all the amenities that we needed. Being on the 8th floor, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the amazing ocean views. The beach and pool were great as well. I will miss being here-we would definitely be happy to book Loan’s place again when we’re in the area!

Condo was perfect. Full three bedrooms. Patio table and chairs for outdoor dining which we did Before you shop check out kitchen Paper towels’ toilet paper and coffee pods were already there. Spices also. We did leave our extra paper towels and coffee and toilet paper for next guests. Condo is fully loaded. Washer and dryer was an extra treat as well. Not all conditions come with this treat. We spent the entire month so less close packing. Highly recommend. Enjoy

8th floor, (top floor) 3 bedroom beach front condo with stunning views of sunrise from lounge and master suite. Master suite is huge. Newly refurbished bathrooms. Very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Heated pool. Check in very easy. Host always prompt to reply to questions/problems. This was our second visit. . Stayed for 2 months and so sorry to leave. Great Retreat

We stayed for two months and enjoyed every minute of it. The views are amazing. You can hear the ocean while you fall asleep at night and if you wake up the ocean lulls you back to sleep. You have everything you could need here. Loan is the most prompt person ever! Check in was a breeze and she responded immediately to any questions that I had. The location is perfect as well. You can walk to Planet Fitness, Publix, CVS, and many other businesses. This area has fabulous restaurants and lots of activities. You won't regret coming!

Fantastic!!

I stayed with my husband mid November to mid December 2021. Exactly as it says in the pictures. Beautifully renovated 8th (top) floor condo directly on satellite beach . Good soundproofing . Didn’t hear a thing from the neighbours next door. The open plan lounge dining kitchen area have views of the sea through the floor to ceiling glass sliders. There is a huge tv in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped although a toaster rather than a toaster oven would be useful (minor point) . The master suite is large with walk in closet ,en suite bathroom and second sink. I slept so well in the huge bed with the most comfortable mattress. Again wall to wall floor to ceiling glass looked out to sea. You can watch the most spectacular sunrises from the comfort of your bed. The other 2 bedrooms are at the back and are smaller. The twin is next to the 2nd bathroom and the full is accessed by a sliding door from the hall and also has a door into the kitchen. There is good storage throughout. There are beach chairs for use on the beach. The pool is heated and when we were there mostly empty. A joy to use after a walk on the beach. Check in was easy. The door to the unit locks and unlocks with a key pad code. Not a lot except publix grocery store and Mac Donald’s within walking distance but plenty of other restaurants a short drive away. Pineapples bar and restaurant and Melby hotel roof top bar are worth visiting. It might be a bit of a squeeze for 6 unrelated adults. But a family of 6 with children would be fine. And now to Loan ..the excellent host. She could not have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble and she kept in touch to make sure we were happy with everything. Tips Dont forget to unplug the security camera in the kitchen and beside the tv in the lounge when you arrive. Pull the unit door firmly towards you as you enter the code on leaving or it will not lock. Always remember the key when you leave. You need it for the door into the building. The beach and pool are accessed via the underground car park Again remember the key to unlock the gate after a walk on the beach. I have already rebooked😁

Very happy with our choice to stay in this beautiful beachfront condo!

The condo was immaculate, tastefully decorated, & well stocked. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Our host Loan was very accommodating, and responded immediately when we had any questions. The building was quiet, safe, & secure. The location is perfect. The views from this top floor unit are spectacular! You feel like you are floating on a ship out in the ocean. An amazing experience

Beautiful condo and beautiful view. Fully furnished and equipped condo which was perfect for our family. The condo was in great shape and had enough supplies to last our family of 4 for more than 2 weeks. The view from the condo was great and we were glad there were screens on the balcony to stop mosquitos and other insects from coming. We were able to enjoy a breeze without worry. The beach was just downstairs, through a private walkway, without having to cross any roads. Grocery store and restaurants were within walking distance, though we did have our car. We had no issues with parking at all. Our host was great. She responded to our inquiries very quickly and even guided us on where we can watch a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center. We watched from the condo instead and had a great view!

Recently spent a month in this oceanfront top floor condo unit. Unit was as described - fully equipped. Close to Cape Canaveral and we saw two rocket lunches from the beach during our stay - albeit from a distance of about 20 miles which proved just fine as I have a pair of high powered binoculars. Heated pool was refreshing! On the personal side, Leon (the owner) checked in periodically to make sure that we had everything that we needed and responded within two hours to the only question we had during our stay.
