From worst to best… Swimming pool chemicals caused severe skin pain and reactions to 4 people! Very bad. Avoid the pool; swim in the sea. Pillows are very uncomfortable. We bought new pillows in town. A few holes in mosquito nets on windows. Fixed with Band-Aids. Toilets have no hand wash basin. Shower has no separation from the hand basin, so after a shower the entire floor is wet and it’s annoying for dry person to step into the bathroom, e.g. to wash hands. Toilet paper is terrible quality, very hard to use. Ended up having to wash… It’s on a hillside and requires a lot of walking uphill. It’s good exercise, but tiring. A basic level of fitness is required. Mobility-impaired people should avoid. Neutral. Small clothes-drying rack provided. Very nice! Racks are small, but most resorts do not offer any drying facilities, so this was better than most places. Breakfast is pretty good. They have not heard of nut allergies or gluten intolerance, but if you don’t have dietary restrictions, the breakfast is good. Bed linen is clean and smells dry/crisp. Rooms are clean. Because this resort is on a hill and slightly off the beach, it is quieter and not bothered by music from nightlife on the beach. Expensive hotels right on the beach would be affected by loud music. Location!!! North side beach is not busy with boats like the south side. Nice view of Adang Island. View from the restaurant is great. Amazing beach, snorkeling. WATCH OUT for sea urchins. Happy we came.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this place. However we have few observations, variety of breakfast selection but we noticed that it doesn't have a taste. Also, would recommend property management to put privacy on the bathroom windows.

Great hospitality! Beautiful bungalows. Breakfast was great! Pickup and drop off to and from port. There is a shuttle from 6-10pm to walking street and back. Beautiful location, on the beach, right by North Point beach. Also, kayaks, snorkel, paddle board available for rent. Along with drinks and food available.

We stayed for 11 nights. We had a delux garden room. The room was basic but clean and tidy. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great. The view from the room of the sunset was amazing. The hotel breakfast was great with a large choice for everyone. The view from the breakfast area is exceptional. The beach is beautiful white sand a clear waters. The pick up from the ferry and shuttle to walking street worked really well. Value for money it was a great hotel in a stunning location we will definitely return.

Love mountain resort. Great location, great beach, nice and quite great staff, great breakfast and the views are to do die for. We are booking to come back next year.

I dont recommend this property all, reason is bathroom is open and due to that lizard, mosquitos always there and infact lizard came inside. Room doesnt give luxury feel at all and very basic in nature. AC was not effective and when I asked staff to change room with working AC, they said I will have to pay what a nonsense approach. The only benefit is, its walking distance from the best besch of Koh Lipe.

The room is good but the bathroom is really basic and would benefit from an upgrade. It is a quiet beach and place but it is a good walk, uphill from the main street. Not much shadow so can be chalenging in a hot day. But the view for the breakfast was amazing. And so many choices, fruit, bread and pastry, eggs or omelet on demand, several curry and asian breakfast. A lot of stairs to get to the beach too but amazin place to chill. Not a great spot for snorkeling. If its your thing, go on the beach right in front of idilyc concept resort. Best spot on the iland.

Lovely resort

Lovely resort. Fantastic swimming pool. Beautiful beach with great snorkelling. Buffet breakfast is varied & plentiful. Friendly staff. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.
