Fantastic home with amazing sea views

Fantastic and wonderful house with spectacular sea views. Located in an incredible residential area in El Sauzal, where you can enjoy the tranquility, the beautiful surroundings and the magnificent views with your family. A few minutes by car from the coast, beautiful beaches and other areas of interest.



This beautiful and large house is furnished and equipped with all the comforts for an ideal stay. With a large capacity to accommodate up to 14 people, it has large and beautiful spaces, decorated and furnished with taste. The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. Each room has its own television.

You can also enjoy the beautiful views from some of the rooms on the upper floor. Two of them have a small terrace with incredible views. The house has 4 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. A large living room, a magnificent and beautiful kitchen and a beautiful dining room. There is also another outdoor dining room next to the kitchen.



There is also another room that is ideal as a play area, both for young people, with its own television, table football and games machine, and for the little ones, with a beautiful corner where they can paint on some children's tables and chairs, in addition to being able to paint. on a wonderful blackboard on the wall, or where you can also play in a nice children's house where you can entertain yourself.



This magnificent house also has a beautiful seating area with large windows that overlook the beautiful garden. Ideal for relaxing enjoying the views of the garden and pool.



The house has a large garden with a private heated pool, available for use all year round. There is also a nice outside eating area, with a pretty gazebo, and incredible views of the sea. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing and lounging by the pool. In addition, the garden has plenty of space and different areas around the house to disconnect, play and spend time with the family. In the garden area there is also a wonderful barbecue area that is very equipped and practical to enjoy during family gatherings.



The house is ideal for traveling with the family and to enjoy the island in a unique location. Close to the most beautiful areas and beaches in the north of the island.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kleinkinder. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter Pech. Dank des großen Hauses, der guten Ausstattung und Spielraum für die Kinder konnten wir auch die Regentage genießen. Gerne hätten wir den Pool und den Außenbereich genossen. Vielleicht schaffen wir es nochmal einen gemeinsamen Urlaub im Sommer hier zu verbringen. Hier ist alles was man braucht zum Entspannen.

Great stay in a very calm environment

We had a great time. Check in with José was formidable, we were able to onboard 2 hrs earlier. Ideal for 11 people to stay. Detaisl in the kitchen would probably like to see some renovation. The pool area is fantastic and provides a nice setting once the sun comes around the corner. Overall everyone was happy.
