Parking was convenient right behind the property. The space was clean and the kitchen had sufficient cutlery and tableware. The location is directly across the street from a functioning firehouse. The host was nice and quickly resolved a minor item for us.

We had a wonderful time on our trip and enjoyed staying in this location. It does have a few eccentricities that should be noted. The larger bedroom's king size bed is very high; a step stool is needed to climb in and out. This could be difficult for some guests to navigate. The smaller bedroom's window faces the alley and parking area and bright lights are on all night outside this window. There are blinds, but it was still bright enough that it was hard to sleep. Bring a light-blocking mask! We love to cook and the kitchen was reasonably well-appointed for a rental, but there were no measuring cups - liquid or dry.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, good closet space, easy to use galley kitchen and lovely preserved floors and fireplaces. We would have liked to know more about the building’s history. We do recommend adding benches at the doors for taking off shoes and bringing slippers for the cold floors if traveling in the winter. The walkability of the location is great but that comes with a busy but beautiful street and, yes, a firehouse across the street. The lights and sirens filled the front living room but we always wished them well as they went on their way. Kids would probably get a kick out of it. We never had sound issues while sleeping in the back bedrooms. A couple more tweaks with more comfortable seating in the main area and we would have relaxed even more. Thanks so much for sharing your home!!

Apartment was pretty much as advertised. Rooms were spacious, kitchen well stocked, unit was clean. Owner lives upstairs and was friendly and available to answer questions. Apartment is very conveniently located, walkable to most Savannah attractions. A bit of a downside is the fire station across the street from the front of the apartment, producing some noise and commotion, and of course the flashing red lights from time to time. But, overall, not a deal-breaker. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Very nice. A little noise at night. Pretty busy street out in front. Didn't die down till around 1am.Also, small room the mattress seemed warn out on the left side.Overall, thou excellent. Nice shower!!!!!!!!!

Great quiet walkable location. Spacious, laundry, and parking. Everything was perfect for a 2 night stay on a 14 day road trip through the south. Savannah itself is beautiful sophisticated and charming. Great restaurants in walking distance. So much history and culture right out the front door.

This exceeded all of our expectations! Private off street parking. We never moved our car once we parked. 10 minute walk to the riverfront. 4 minute walk to a boutique market. Wonderful beds and comfortable living area. We never turned on the tv. Doing a load of laundry was very helpful and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat a few meals in. Tons of walkable restaurants to chose from. Thank you!!! We hope to come back.

Needed a ground level location because of a recent injury. This worked great. Location is fabulous. The parking spot in the back is unusual and awesome for the area. We had such a wonderful stay in Savannah! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a comfortable trip.
