New hotel the room was great and the staff was super friendly. We checked in early about 1:00 the lady at the desk gave us a city view room on the 3rd floor which is 1st floor on the street level not riverside. The hotel was not full at all. I am a Marriot member but booked on Expedia which she knew. Anyway the street noice started at 4:00 am and keep me awake the rest of the morning. I had 4 hours of sleep. If you stay at this hotel which I would recommend do not stay on City view 3rd, 4 th or 5 th level.

Riverfront room was large and well designed with plenty of space for two suitcases. Comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Great views of ships going up the river. Eighth floor bar/lounge is very comfortable and has incredible views, especially at night.
