This coastal retreat has been fully updated and renovated into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an attached studio apartment. This listing is for the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom “Side A” unit only.
Upon arrival, you’ll park and enter through the main entrance. Inside, you’re welcomed into a beautifully updated kitchen featuring shaker-style cabinets and all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, oven, stove with overhead range hood, and all the essentials for preparing and serving meals. Good, not great. House was quiet and in a good location— less than 15 minutes from downtown. The house was not as clean as I would have expected. The floors were dirty and the baseboards under the kitchen had some dead spiders on them. The house had everything we needed, but didn’t knock our socks off.

Affordable and clean property
Clean and spacious. Relatively close to the beach and to downtown Savannah. Fairly quiet location. Nice to have a yard for those with dogs. Some very mild superficial issues with cabinet pulls etc but nothing important. Would certainly stay again.
