Pretty good

Hotel was pretty nice. Breakfast was ok. Housekeeping was great. We did have issues with the TV apps not loading due to some internet set up and phone not working. Not a fan of the pullout sofa. I’d stay again nevertheless.

Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Hotel was clean and the fresh baked cookies in the evening were excellent. Breakfast was great and had a few hot options (sausage links, eggs, oatmeal bar and pancake machine). We will be back!

Everything was great with one exception. From the elevator to our room in the hallway there was a strong smell of weed smoke. They were non smoking rooms. I am allergic to smoke as well as I find it a horrible smell. I attempted to inform the staff when I checked out but no one was around with only a box to place key cards

Good place, great price

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard and good. Room was ok. Shower walls were kinda old and the room was a little "old" smelling but would recommend it and would stay again.

The my card was drafted for the full amount when I booked my room. According to the booking process the card would be use to hold the room and I would pay later. This is false advertisement, deceitful and kying to your customer's. The check-in was horrible it took me twenty-five to convince the clerk to give my room on the top floor away from the elevator and stairway. The room was clean, hair in the bathroom, food beside the bed and the toliet need to cleaned eith bleach. We have two sets of towels for a three day stay. HOTEL EXCELLENT CONDITION , BREAKFAST, EXERCISE AND POOL NO COMPLAINTS. Sorry customer service and housekeeping.

I’ve stayed here for years as a midway point to Florida and had always enjoyed it. I have not been here for several years but when we stopped this year the place smelled of a combination of mildew and pot. The place is run down and had a roach in the bathroom. Upon checkout no one seemed to care. Breakfast wasn’t as it used to be either. The entire place seemed dirty and even the small town around the hotel was rundown and bad customer service at local restaurant. That was the last time I’ll spend money at this hotel chain and town.
