Room was excellent including heat/AC unit. Staff were all friendly, polite and accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was also good. Only drawback was noise from inconsiderate neighbors in the next room over (not the fault of the hotel, of course) and planes taking off early in the morning (again, not the hotel’s fault). Location was excellent, an easyfive minute drive from the airport.

The room was fine. I was staying only to get to sleep early and for the shuttle to the airport for my early flight. Twice I confirmed the 4 am wakeup and 4:15 airport shuttle. The room was next to the gym and it sounded like construction going on late into the night so no sleeping, no wakeup call and at 4:15 am I was told the shuttle was not available for airport transportation. I only live 40 minutes away and the reasons for my stay were all a no go. Very disappointing

the room was great the staff was wonderful.. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was being filled with cold water.. I booked this hotel because they had a hot tub and pool inside. So I was very disappointed that it was not working as advertised.

The door to my room had a gap in it - odd that something like that would be there. Front desk was only person on property at 8:30 at night. Had no towels in my room and she had no one to bring them to me as she was checking in customers. No water pressure in shower and hit wasn’t all that hot.
