The staff was very courteous. The room, however was outdated and in need of complete renovation.(Sink cracked, shower fixtures loose in wall). Also a few stains on linens. A continental breakfast is available, however not much to choose from. I would not recommend.

Room was very dated, the rug was black in sone spots and slept in clothes as bed looked saggy and not clean. I'd like a 100% refund for this hotel room.

Dirty floors, dirt on doors and walls. Floors cracked and uneven. Bathroom smelled of urine. Toilet didn't want to flush properly after any bowel movement. Only 1 half used toilet paper roll available. I purchased my own toilet paper, bleach wipes, air freshener. There was no free shampoo.

The ground floor room was very noisy (sounded like a train track next door). The room had not been restocked with coffee/creamer/tea, shampoo and the used packages of coffee and sugar from the previous guest were still in the room. The light in the washroom was so dim that it was useless. The breakfast was very meagre. No bread, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, muffins, eggs - just a waffle machine.. There were no glasses for the juice dispenser. No stir sticks for the mediocre coffee. Expected better from the Days Inn moniker.
