Located just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah and a scenic 30-minute drive to beautiful Tybee Island, you'll enjoy everything this delightful area has to offer. Welcome to Savannah! Guests will need to navigate a small set of stairs to enter our home through the front door. Once inside our living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV complete with Roku is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. The dining room is connected to both the living room and the kitchen. It has an oversized farmhouse-style table with benches and chairs. This table easily seats eight adults comfortably. Our fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the essential comforts of home to help you get settled. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and an additional flat-screen TV with Roku. Bedroom two is generously sized with a full-size bed. Bedroom #3 is perfect for the kids! With two twins over full bunk beds, you can comfortably sleep six kids in this room! A laundry room, as well as two full bathrooms round out our comfy Savannah home. Gather your family (pets are welcome too) and start making some memories! For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code. We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more! With easy access to everything that makes Savannah so charming, you will find yourself right at home in our sweet southern retreat!
