I enjoyed my stay. The room was great, there was dining within walking distance and the free breakfast was very good. I would like to mention the agent at the front desk; I believe her name was Janeria. There was a mix up on my parking expectation and I was getting very frustrated. She kept her cool and remained friendly and professional throughout. She was happy to help me figure out Uber and gave us multiple options for dining.

Check in was chaotic and staff was not friendly. As well, when I had called ahead the staff was very short and would not confirm that I had prepaid for the parking in advance. There was a charge that I was misled on a purchase; however, I did not bother with that as I just wanted to depart. Breakfast was very basic; but, okay. I would not stay here again. Thank you.

Great vacation spot for downtown Savannah

Overall great place to stay downtown! All the breakfast staff and parking staff was amazing! Some of the desk workers were not very friendly but a couple was wonderful too. Everything was clean and nice. The only issue we had was none of the trash cans had bags, so we had to use our own because we didnt want to put food and sticky stuff straight into the can. The pool was great too.

Hotel was close to everything and usually a favorite of mine. This time i received no housekeeping after 3 requests and the forced valet parking situation was unbearable. Waited a full 30 mins after i was told ir was ready only to watch all othee guests be served after me

Our room was filled with mold. The smell literally made me sick to my stomach. I called and asked to be transferred to another room. We were told their were no more rooms. We went back down to the lobbx. We waited about 30mins to get a new room. Once in the room I noticed dog hair and human hair all over the floor. I took pics of the mold and hair. This was very inconvenient hence we traveled for 4 hours to be moved around due to the room not being up to par.
