Location is great and only a few blocks from Forsyth Park and plenty of restaurants. Parking was no issue with plenty of spots directly outside the unit. It steps are an issue, make sure you read the description of the unit. No issue or surprise to us but worth noting if an issue. Well kept place with plenty of room and no issues at all
