Worst 1st time experience
I emailed prior to our stay to say that my friend and i were going to come and its our first time in Savannah and that its also her birthday. I received a quick response saying they will make sure to do something nice for the special occasion. We pull up to valet, no one comes to greet us, theyre just standing inside staring at us. I had to ask if they were even the valet. We check in, go to room, and nothing special. Our view was a parking garage wall. No kind of welcome amenity or even a note! The AC didnt work, so it was hot in the room. The TV kept buffering. Horrible 1st time experience in Savannah. I wish i would have booked somewhere else where they would have at least acknowledged my requests.

Enjoyed our Stay!!!
We had the best. time! Loved Savannah and really enjoyed staying in the Historic District. The staff are exceptional; friendly, kind and helpful and the wonderful concierge, Sheila got us organized with tours and gave us great suggestions for delicious restaurants. Front desk staff also so gracious and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and we really enjoyed having both hot and cold options for breakfast with a good variety to choose from. The morning restaurant staff were especially helpful as well and so cheerful brightening our mornings. There is a lovely pool deck on the top floor with fantastic views of the river. It was too cold for us to swim, but just a bit warmer and we would have enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. There is also a very comfortable seating area up there and a small, but well organized gym too.

I'll stay again.
Parking in the garage next door was easy. Check-in was a breeze. Room was a nice size and very clean. Only complaint is the fitted sheet was pilled and should be sent to the rag bag. The bathroom towels were not soft. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for access to all the shops and restaurants on River Rd.

We had a great time at the hotel!! We get the king bedroom with an extra space, and we loved!!!! Location is perfect,workers are great and the breakfast is delicious!!! Can wait to get back to Savannah and definitely stay in the same hotel 🙏

Great value in heart of historic district
The hotel was in an ideal location in the heart of historic Savannah. We were across the street from River Street and half block from the pink house. It was a great value.
