I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Savannah for a quick solo vacation. It was over Spring Break, so it was very busy, but I was happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the location is super convenient, and I never heard anyone walking above me. I believe that is because it’s an historic building. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, so I only did that once and then chose to go out the rest of my stay. I would definitely stay again if ever in Savannah.

Location is perfect for a quick walk down town and to all local historic attractions! Staff were extremely helpful with information on free trolly rides through town (the breakfast staff were the best of all). We will definitely be back to stay again one day!

The property had paper thin walls. We could hear the guests next to us talking and laughing and kids crying. It was very hard to sleep. Our phone didn’t work. Couldn’t tell if it was plugged in because the furniture was too tight to check behind. The bathtub was not draining properly from the first time we took showers and we had standing water all throughout the shower. In addition, the soap dispenser was as broken in the shower. The first morning we had to get out of the shower to get soap from the wall dispenser next to the sink. That was inconvenient. We ended up buying a bar of soap at CVS. The room was clean, and the staff was nice.

Our stay was great. The hotel was very clean and every member of the staff went above the expectations we had. I highly recommend this hotel. We especially enjoyed the location in regards to the riverside area with all the restaurants and bars. The only downside was, without realizing it, our stay coincided with st Patrick holiday weekend, everything was packed. I would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone wanting to be in this area.

The stay was fine. My checkout wasn’t. I payed a higher rate than I was quoted. Although I protested nothing was done to resolve it. The manager stated she would contact Expedia and call me back. She did not. I called the next day and left a message. Call was not returned. This was the first unpleasant experience I have had with a booking with Expedia.
