Really appreciated the walk-in shower, since I have to use a walker/cane for safe mobility. Egg-white omelets were a nice surprise.

Breakfast was one of the best that I experienced. Overall, a decent place to stay. Rooms are clean. A couple of large trucks taking up 4 or 5 parking spots is disappointing which I try to respect but it’s an inconvenience to the other guests. A good value.

The only thing we did not like was the timing of the breakfast, especially on a weekend. All the other Holiday Inns end their breakfast at 10am. This one closes it promptly at 9:30am. On a weekend it is my opinion that it should be open until 11am, but 10am is at least better than 9:30am. When on vacation, we like to sleep in. We maybe awake by 8:30am or 9am, but not ready to go downstairs.

The front desk service was disorganized and uncaring. I traveled with two friends and e are senior citizens and I have a bad back. After an 11 hour drive I had to go out to the car three times for information. The clerk could not think ahead and let me know all the information I would need at once. At the end she gave me a bottle of water because I had to go to the car so many times. I said there were 3 of us and she said only I got water for my troubles. The morning clerk wasn’t any better.
