The staff was very helpful when there was an issue with Hotels.com, allowing my daughter to get into her room while they resolved the issue. After a long day of traveling that was greatly appreciated. The rest of the stay was very nice.

The hotel was located close to the interstate. Was about 15 minutes from River St. The room and beds were nicely kept and comfortable to be in. Breakfast was great to eat with hot and cold food available. All staff was friendly and helpful.

High recommend.

Arrived at 11am and they got a room ready for me right away! Great breakfast. Very nice, clean room. Bed was too soft, but a firm bed is personal preference so I really can't complain. Staff was super friendly.
