Everything about our stay was perfect except that road construction was taking place on the already narrow River Street in front of the hotel. For one stretch there was no sidewalk and we had to walk through a tiny barricaded lane to stay off the street. It didn’t feel especially safe. Also, we feel probably due to the construction, when valet brought our car around one day, we discovered right after driving away there was a large screw in one of our tires. We spent the next couple of hours finding a tire shop and waiting for them to repair the tire, so we lost some time and a little money. That all being said, the hotel itself was wonderful. The concierge helped us book our trolley and riverboat cruise. Hot breakfast included each morning was delicious, and our room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again (after the street construction is completed).

Area around the hotel was a bit out of sorts, but mostly only due to construction next door. Valet is your only option parking, and can be slow for how expensive it is. Rooms are great and common areas are super nice.

Overall the hotel was good. However, you have no other choice to park valet. The valet staff doesn’t know how or what to do when it comes to valet parking. We had to wait multiple days at least 20 minutes or more to park our vehicle. The lane was out into the street park valet. There is construction going on at the hotel or next to it and the noise with the work trucks start at 5am. If you get a river view, you might get a chance to see the fighter jets fly over the river.
