I was moved to three different rooms upon my arrival date. The first room the TV didn't work, the second room was infested with roaches and the third room had no microwave or refrigerator. At that point we just stayed because we were tired of moving around. I had my 62 year old mother which it was her birthday and my 91 year old grandma. It was awful and then asked for some compensation and was denied!

A crack pope was left on the bed when I checked-in. Asked for a different room, which had dirty floors, a giant hole in the main wall, tv didn’t work, broken light bulb left in lamp with no lamp shade- most outlets didn’t work. Slept in my clothes on top of the covers- this place should be shut down. I CANNOT believe they charge anyone for this type of condition.
