Property was clean and well priced. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, bagels, boiled eggs, blueberry muffins, orange juice, fruit and coffee. Hilton has done a good job with a lower priced hotel option.

I felt safe. I had used another hotel and stayed 1 night. I did not feel safe at that hotel. I remembered that we had stayed at Spark before and decided to change hotels. I'm so thankful for the staff at Spark. This was our second time staying and we felt secure in our choice. Also, my father passed during my visit and the staff were very caring and compassionate. Thank you to them all. I would highly recommend this hotel. They offer breakfast which is a plus as well as the rooms are very clean and the parking is awesome!

The door to our room would not lock. Upon showing this to the management, we were told that this was “not a security concern because the hotel is secure.” After we insisted that this is in fact a security concern, the member of management concluded that there was no issue with the door and it was just a case of us “pushing too hard on the door.” The staff member than grew increasingly hostile, refused to move us to a secure room and then left. Later, he came back to our room, yelled at me and my husband that we were “making” him fix the door. He then replaced part of the door jam and again left without saying anything. We then packed our things and immediately left the hotel. Some advice for anyone interested in staying at this property: don’t.
