Upon arrival there are chairs near the front desk with one that was badly stained. In room couch and foot stool had stain marks and did not seem clean, poor lighting throughout the room. Shower doors are ''clear'' glass but were badly water stained not to mention poor water pressure in shower and sink, lighting in sink area very low. Bed area was well renovated but linens even though clean showed wear (found a small worn out hole). Overall will not be staying or recommending this hotel.

When I checked in, the desk clerk said I had to pay $80.00 as some sort of security deposit and I was told it would be refunded when I checked out. As of the time of this message, I have not received this amount credited to my credit card. Please see that this gets done. Thank You.

We stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned or straighten up between days. The glasses weren’t even washed or exchanged. It was marked handicapp accessible Room 120 but not even a grab bar in the shower which was 4 inches above the floor. AC did not work properly and blew out a humid moldy mist. Ugh! Breakfast staff and breakfast were great!

The room had an odor to it,like cury food. The hot tub didn't work. The first day the pool area was closed< the others days it was open but had no heat or jets. I did make them aware of it but nothing happened. Every time we left and came back the AC was turned off and it was very hot there.
