The only concern I had with this property was the cost of parking. To pay $40 a night to park seems a little excessive and the only other option you have is to try to find parking in the street and that also cost you.

Everything was excellent. The staff, the cleanness, the room, we especially enjoyed separate shower and toilet rooms, very convenient. The room was spacious, the bed is extra soft. The breakfast was pretty decent - scrambled eggs, patties, oats, waffles, toasts, bagels, juice, muffins, bananas and apples. This hotel has 5-6 parking spaces on the street (need to pay) so keep in mind that you might to park your car somewhere around and walk. The location is good, we walked all the time to the restaurant, parks, waterfront.

Overall the room was clean. The check-in clerk was friendly, however, the room service was poor. We requested towels and another time we requested 2 pillows. No one ever showed up. We called multiple times until finally we were told that "housekeeping" was notified but they weren't responding and they "didn't know what to do". This was after waiting an hour. Also, twice we requested our vehicle using the valet system (as instructed) only to find the valet bewildered that we were there for our vehicle. The whole experience was very disappointing and we will not return, nor will we recommend staying at this location. We have stayed at Springhill Suites before at other locations and never ran into such poor customer service. Parking is $40 a night at this location.

Loved this hotel

The front desk staff was super helpful at every turn. The Premium King room was large enough for our family of four (our kids shared the couch / trundle bed). The location is a short walk from The Children's Museum, The Grey Restaurant, SCAD Museum of Art and so many other great attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

I did a reservation online for a king size bed upon checking in. They only had double size bed so that was very uncomfortable for my sake. Also, I was awaken at 10:30 in the morning with someone knocking on my door when checkout wasn’t until 12 PM.

A wonderful stay in Savannah

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in the Savannah SpringHill Suites. The hotel is modern. clean, and well-kept and our room was excellent. Our Savannah stay was part of a larger trip that included Charleston and Beaufort and it was the highlight of our trip.
