Great stafff and clean hotel

Room was very clean. TV didn't work but the hotel sent someone up immediately and we found that it was just the batteries in the remote. He immediately changed the batteries and all was fine.

Nice hotel, enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that we requested a quiet room and they put us by the elevator. So during busy morning hours the elevator itself was a little louder than we would have liked. Next time we will be more specific in our request. We would stay here again though.

Stayed here for a busy spring weekend. Great location in the historic area without all the loud noise by the river. Walkable to City Market, River St, historic churches, many restaurants and shops, and trolley tour stops. From entering the valet area, every staff we interacted with (valet, front desk, concierge, breakfast restock staff) were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. The free continental breakfast had a fantastic selection everyday (scrambled eggs/breakfast meats/coffee/cereal/bagels/waffle maker/fruit). I would absolutely recommend and stay here again on another Savannah trip.

Only problem we had was we were checked in incorrectly and I checked out at 6am on Sunday they could not check us out or provide us with correct bill until office manager made corrections. Still no email with statement attached.
