This property was amazing. We loved it and all the rooms had to offer and modern amenities there. Little James right next door was convenient for drinks or other small bites. We could walk to the trolley, to restaurants and shopping. If we had known how easy the walking was, we probably could have saved on the car rental and valet parking because we never used our rental car once. You should ride share from/to the airport and save a lot of money.

Nice clean apartment. Safe access, walk to most places within 10 minutes. Appreciated the full kitchen. Very Quiet.

Parking is super expensive and we could not manage the room hvac system which is loud. The staff were nice, especially the valet team, but when my friend fell and cracked her face and head on the sidewalk instead of helping us, they gave us an ice pack & they continued to check in two different couples for the next 20 minutes while she bled. Then when they finished checking everyone in, they decided to ask us if we needed anymore assistance. Which we did-a firstaid pack & gauze to stop the bleeding. The little james restaurant next door doesn't serve breakfast anymore and you must wait for assistance to get lunch. The manager sat at the bar on a conference call while we waited for 15 minutes for service. The hell a lot of work to do, but it has great potential and the cleaning staff is phenomenal.

The room was spacious and inviting in decor. The service at the restaurant struggled though. They didn't have enough staff to keep up.
