Great room with a terrific view. Roof top bar was perfect view at sunset (could have used heaters but they were broken) Food and drinks were good. Restaurant was expensive but quality was good. Public parking garage was close and convenient.

Excellent rooms, amenities, service and food. The exorbitant hidden fees and nickel and diming really ruined and otherwise good impression. 35 dollars just to bill to your room without disclosure? That's takes a classy hotel and makes it cheap. Just charge what you need to charge and make me feel like I got what I paid for. This makes me feel like you need to shaft your customers to advertise better room rates.

Room was great. Beds were comfortable, shower was impressive, TV worked with decent channel selection. Major drawback is parking which is limited and extra. Loved the bikes to use and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Also we took advantage of the car shuttle to dinner and that was so convenient too. Beautiful hotel room We would return anytime.

I usually cannot stay at pet-friendly properties due to my allergies, but I did ok. The hard surface floor made it clean. The staff is very kind and friendly and my husband loved the beer upon arrival. It's the small things right? The location of the property is on the east end of the river walk and worked out great, as far as noise level. I would stay here again but I'd ask for a higher floor non pet room for sure. Nice hotel with great staff!
