There was a flood in the room in the middle of the night/very early morning (3a-4a). There was no one at the front desk to assist with a room change. The manager called a couple days following check out and stated that, at most, he would reimburse 30%. I have yet to receive the reimbursement. In addition, from my perspective, the reimbursement should be closer to 75% since we did not get any sleep through the night.

The staff as nice . The front desk called to check to see if I needed anything. Only problem I had was someone had their tv on all night loud . The walls you can hear the room next door . The breakfast was just ok . The bed was comfortable.
