Settlement Lodge - Minutes to the Mt Buller gate

This cosy home is a short 5 minute drive to the entry gate to Mt. Buller and Mt. Stirling and 25 mins to the snow fields for you to enjoy a day out on the slopes. Take a stroll down the road to the Delatite River for a fish or a swim in the summer and enjoy the aromas of the surrounding Gum Trees.
This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is very smartly set up for families. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, the master with walk in robe, ensuite and TV and 2 further bedrooms with a bunk bed each and single trundle ensures pleny of room for the whole family.
The kids will be kept entertained with a game of Foosball or a selection of board games in the kids corner. They can relax on the beanbags in front of the tv or in a quiet corner with a book. Split system heating and cooling to the open plan kitchen/living/dining as well as an aditional split system in the master bedroom ensure comfort no matter the season. Wall mounted heaters throughout the home provide much needed wamth after a day skiing on the Mountain.
Enjoy sitting around a nice warm fire in the backyard while the kids jump on the trampoline. If you are lucky you may meet some of the beautiful local wildlife that may pop in to visit.
You will have the luxury of a selection of different pillows to chose from to suit your perfect nights sleep. Luxury linen and towels provided.
BYO fire wood for the fire pit. This can be purchased from the local service stations or supermarkets in Mansfield.
Sleeping maximum 10 people, Settlement lodge is perfect for the whole family.
