Holiday home from 1913 located right in the heart of Sæby with history, beach, sea, harbor and a wonderful urban environment close by. It is certainly not only the location that is top notch, for the cottage itself is charming, light and brightly decorated and renovated with attention to detail. There is an entrance hall, kitchen / family room and two living rooms in Nordic style, where you can really relax and share experiences with friends and family. Here there is direct access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The first floor has two good rooms, a bright living room where you can retire and enjoy a good book, a large bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and a fantastic view. Loft with two good mattresses with sloping walls. & # 160; & # 160; The cottage's outdoor areas are a large natural plot surrounded by tall trees, so you can stay outdoors without being bothered by passers-by or close neighbors. On the ground there are many angles that give several small, lip-filled hooks. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
