Generelt godt ophold med dejligt personale, som dog bliver forstyrret af enkelte små ting. Støj fra ventilationsanlæg om natten i Deluxe værelse, ubehagelige senge puder og intet alternativ udover hotellets 2 eneste børne puder (Medbring gerne din egen pude), en dårlig steak til min kone blev spist af med en "gratis" sodavand (waoo!), lovet gratis frugt ved SPA'en skulle hentes i receptionen på etagen over. Ikke smart i badetøj/badekåbe. Desværre lang ventetid på kaffe/the (ingen mælk) i SPA området når kanderne løb tør. Der skal personalet være langt mere obs og hurtig når de oven i købet bliver gjort opmærksom på det op til flere gange.
