Ayant réservé et payé en ligne, à notre arrivée l’hotel était fermé, volets clos, aucune lumière. Une affiche nous invitait à appeler un numéro de téléphone. Une employée et la manager sont arrivées dans les 20mn et nous ont proposé de nous donner une chambre. L’hotel sentait le renfermé, était humide, désert et évoquait une maison hantée. Il aura fallu argumenter longuement et menacer d’aller voir les Carabinieri du village pour déposer plainte pour escroquerie pour obtenir un remboursement via la plateforme Hotels.com. Établissement à fuir.
