It was ok. I stayed for 1 night. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the room was small. If it wasn't for the little bonus of the smart TV so I could watch Netflix and Disney+ I would have put a wide review. Nice fan as well.

I had a lovely stay. The room was at the back so no sea views for me this time hence not 5* but very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable with very nice ensuite bathroom. The staff are all lovely and welcoming making sure everyone is ok. There is a bar on the ground floor with seating area looking out onto the seafront. Thank you!

Lovely large bathroom.

Very glad that there was a lift. My single room was small but had all I needed. The shower was a really good size which made it easy to get into. There is a lounge with a lovely view of the sea. You can walk down to North Bay beach. The breakfast was extra but very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is that there are steps from the street to the front door.

Great stay.

Staff fantastic. Small hiccup with payment due to new computer system. 3 floors, lift only goes to 2 floors so if you have mobility issue, let them know when you book. Car park is very tight- not the best. If you have a larger vehicle don’t expect to safely park up.

We were very impressed with the hotel, obviously recently renovated to a high standard en suite was brand new. Only negative we had was our room (12) was above the bar room no was noisy quite late so made getting to sleep difficult. Would definitely stay again but ask for a higher floor. Loved the room with a sea view

Friendly staff and helpful with local information. I will stay at this hotel again. There is limited free parking, but permit street parking is available in front of the hotel for a small fee for 24hr. I managed to get a spot right in front, so I didn’t mind paying for the permit.
