Amazing view and property manager

As the previous reviewer noted, the apartment we stayed in was not the one listed -- that apartment is on the first floor -- but our apartment (on the top floor) had the most amazing view. There was a large balcony that looked out onto the ocean, and my friend and I spent almost all of our time, when we weren't sleeping, out on the balcony. The sound of the ocean and birds was constant and delightful. Additionally, the apartment is excellently located -- a very short walk to the Havana Club, the restaurant/bar attached to the Bacolet Beach Clubthat has great food, drinks, and staff. It's also a short walk into Scarborough. Finally, Reinhold was a fantastic property manager! He met us to give us the key to the apartment and provided a warm welcome that continued throughout our two week long stay. Although we had some issues with water, he was very responsive and tackled the issue immediately. Reinhold is a problem-solver who is also warm and witty. He also invited us to use the pool and beach at the Bacolet Beach Club. We will definitely stay here again!

Very Caribbean

To start, we had a lot of difficulty finding the location. Maps doesn’t take you to the location accurately. We asked around the area and found that Bacolet Beach Club is near Cafe Havana which you can spot easily from the road. The staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend checking out the club amenities since they’re included because their pools and beach are wonderful. The apartment we rented is not the apartment we got. The owner had both the top and bottom apartments prepared and the club staff took us to the top apartment. The pictures on the listing are the bottom apartment. The lower apartment is renovated and bigger; however, the view from the top apartment is beautiful. We ended up staying in the top apartment because of the view even though the apartment itself isn’t as nice as the bottom one. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He quickly replied any time we messaged him, and any issues we had were adequately resolved.
