The apartment is located inside a large country farmhouse renovated by the owners of the farm holidays ‘Il Tramonto’, on the hills below the medieval village of Scarlino. Panoramic position with a splendid view of the valley, the sea and up to the Island of Elba.



The cottage is harmoniously located in the Maremma countryside, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden and offers its guests two swimming pools (for adults and children) and plenty of open space to spend an great outdoor holiday.



The apartment overlooks the garden and the swimming pool and has a terrace equipped for outside dining and enjoying the splendid view. The interior consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a small living / dining area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a nice bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and has its own umbrella with loungers by the pool.



The farm also offers its guests a restaurant service in a large and bright restaurant room:

The location of the structure is ideal for reaching in a few minutes by car the most beautiful beaches of the region (Puntone beach, Follonica beaches, the famous Cala Violina beach, the white beaches of Punta Ala ....) but also all the others great sights that Tuscany has to offer to its visitors, such as its cities of art (Pisa, Florence, Pitigliano, Siena ...), the SPAS (Saturnia, Petriolo ...) and the natural wonders of the coast and the countryside of Tuscany.
