struttura stupenda immersa tra gli olivi della tenuta. piscine bellissime, suggestiva quella nella roccia con idromassaggio. Alloggio ampio e spazioso, pulitissimo e confortevole. personale competente e cortese. colazione ottima, cena di pesce superlativa. Io ho girato molto,ma con questa vacanza ho scoperto che non lontano da casa (Arezzo) esiste un angolo di paradiso.

Posto tranquillo, molto ben curato, belle piscine, personale gentile e molto disponibile. Avvertiti che con noi c’era il cane è stato fatto trovare per lui un cuscino dedicato, acqua pulita e uno snack di benvenuto. Uniche lievi pecche la colazione non super ma invece piuttosto costosa (8 euro a persona) ed il pranzo , piatti freddi, piuttosto frugale, un pochino costoso anch’esso. Comunque da provare.

Ottima accoglienza, anche verso il nostro cane, che ha trovato ciotola, giochi e materasso a disposizione. Il posto è molto bello, con una bella piscina e tanto verde attorno. L’appartamento spazioso, con tavolino anche sul prato esterno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Un soggiorno molto piacevole.

È stata una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. Tenuta col di sasso è situata in mezzo al verde in una posizione molto comoda per visitare le spiagge migliori. Piscina e idromassaggio molto belli e circondati da ulivi. Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e pulito.

Il complesso,immerso nella natura, si trova in una bellissima posizione,alle pendici del paese di Scarlino e con un'ottima vista sulla vallata. Camere accoglienti e pulite.Unica pecca,il bagno un pò piccolo. Molto gentile e professionale il personale alla reception,in particolare la ragazza americana che è stata di grande aiuto nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Pace, natura ed escursioni

La Tenuta Col di Sasso e' davvero molto bella, ben curata e immersa nella natura. Nella zona dove abbiamo soggiornato noi c'e' una bella piscina rettangolare ma si puo' accedere anche a quella circolare con idromassaggio del complesso Santa Chiara (ancora piu' appartato) a circa 1Km di distanza (dove e' possibile pernottare esclusivamente in appartamenti). Abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza e pur non avendo una colazione fresca il frigo bar era fornito per una colazione dignitosa. L'unica nota negativa e' l'assenza di scuri alle finestre, che avremo preferito tenere aperte per far entrare il fresco della notte al posto di accendere l'aria condizionata che non amiamo e invece abbiamo dovuto tenere chiuse per avere un po' di "buio" al mattino presto, visto che le stanze sono esposte ad est. Segnalo inoltre l'assenza del bidet nel bagno. La posizione, oltre ad essere immersa nel vedre e nella tranquillita', e' a poca distanza dalla costa e permette di raggiungere facilmente le piu' interessanti mete turistiche. Anche il nostro amico a quattro zampe e' stato ben accolto e ha potuto godersi il posto il liberta'; peccato solo che il tipo di erbe selvatiche dei prati di quella zona non sia adatto ai cani a pelo lungo, poiche' molto ricco di varie erbe che si appiccicano tremendamente al pelo.

wunderschönes Anwesen in den Hügeln der Toskana

In der Umgebung wird überall Olivenöl angebaut. Das malerische Dorf Scarlino ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. In nur 15 Minuten ist man an den wunderbarsten Sandstränden der Toskana! Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Vista splendida senza bidet

La tenuta è in una posizione deliziosa, immersa nel verde e la camera dava sul colle di Scarlino (a circa 20min in auto da calaviolina). Purtroppo il servizio è stato scadente in rapporto al prezzo (100euro a notte): l'ufficio per il check-in chiude alle 18.30 e quindi non è stato possibile nel nostro caso fermarci prima al mare; la camera è molto carina ma piccola ed il bagno non è fenestrato ed è senza bidet ed inoltre per quanto pulita era comunque polverosa; le colazioni sono state abbastanza tristi, 2 tipi di biscotti stile discount, fette biscottate con marmellatine confezionate e brioche che sembravano vecchiotte, anche il caffè non era un gran che. Mancavano anche le brochure sulle spiagge da vedere e le indicazioni che la signorina ci ha dato per le spiagge libere vicine erano molto approssimative. Comunque contento di esserci stato e sicuro di non tornarci.

Great experience in an olive grove

Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October.

Nice quiet easy to find location with beautiful view of Scarlino. Rooms clean and dinner at Coldisasso good. Small shower in bathroom only negative. Small town perched on hilltop of Gavorrano nearby was wonderful to explore

Il posto è incantevole, pulito confortevole e rilassante. Considerato il costo ci saremmo aspettati un livello del personale piu' alto professionalmente. La camera per quanto curata nella pulizia non era particolarmente grande. Idem il bagno, piuttosto piccolo e con un box doccia scomodo. La colazione abbondante ma non propriamente continentale come promesso.

tengo a precisare che il pacchetto offerto dall'hotel/residence non corrisponde ne nei servizi ne nella stessa locazione, la "tenuta col di sasso" si distingue in tre location totalmente diverse tra loro sia per estetica che per qualità delle sistemazioni, nell'offerta da me acquistata si parlava chiaramente di un' appartamento nella tenuta principale documentata da foto, al mio arrivo sono stata sistemata in un'altro alloggio ossia una camera matrimoniale e in più in un'altra struttura di qualità mediocre.Il personale del ristorante ha cercato di colmare la lacuna della cucina nel mio alloggio cucinando il cibo che avevo con me, per quanto gentili e disponibili,la prima sera sono riusciti a cuocermi dei petti di pollo alla piastra dopo 3 ore di attesa ossia alle 22 passate!! non è paragonabile alla libertà di mangiare quando e come voglio.mi dispiace molto ma non ho una buona opinione della struttura e della direzione in particolare
