Located in a pleasant residential area. This is a non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on the covered balcony). The elegant apartment features Wi-Fi/internet access. Sauna, solarium, and washing machine at the nearby Maarberg Resort are available for an extra fee.

Spacious living/sleeping area with double sofa bed, dining area with panoramic lake view, 2 separate bedrooms—one with a large double bed, the other with a French double bed. New, high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee machines (one for pods, one filter), storage room. Shower, WC, washbasin, additional guest WC with small washbasin, hallway, wardrobe, central heating.



Living room: Digital flat-screen TV, digital radio with many German and international stations, Wi-Fi/DSL for your own laptop, DVD player, CD player, stereo, decorative electric fireplace, games, separate entrance. Both bedrooms also have digital TVs.
