4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
I didn’t receive the room arrangement that booked. When I told the front desk, she when I asked about it, they wanted to charge me extra money to set up the arrangement that I ordered. I had to argue w the receptionist and she made a long phone call and after I insisted that it wasn’t right, she forgave the extra charge. There was no fan in the room and no air. We had to leave windows and curtains open so it was bright early in the morning. It was hot and there was no air in the room.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Schade.
